New windows, ample closets, w/w carpet, newly remodeled bath with an oak vanity, marble sink and oversized mirror* are included. A gorgeous backyard with 24 acres of privacy, front door parking and coin-op laundry are all an added bonus! The apartment available is Floorplan B, on the first floor, and located in a non-smoking building. Whispering Hills Apartment Community has two floor plans to choose from: As Shown Floor Plan B is a one bedroom with front door parking for $1,195.00 (Residents pay their own utilities) . Pet Policy: We will allow a maximum of two indoor spayed or neutered cats with a one time non-refundable pet fee of $300.00 due upon move in. Unfortunately we do not allow dogs. Apartments will not be held with a verbal agreement and all apartments are on a first come first serve basis. When you submit an application, it is time-stamped; this will determine "first come, first serve" as apartments are taken very quickly. It is our policy for applicants to view the apartment, then apply for the apartment. This avoids any confusion on how first come first serve is determined. Please read the Application Agreement for further details. This apartment can be held with a completed application, photo ID, written income verification and $200.00 Deposit. Applicants must have good credit and meet or exceed the minimum monthly income requirement of $3,165.00 (additional qualifications apply). Upon approval, your initial $200.00 deposit is credited toward your security deposit and a balance of $1,195.00 with your signed Lease is due upon approval. Love this apartment?
