New updated kitchen with large farm sink. Located on 1 acre of serene natural landscape. There is 1 nice sized bathroom with a pretty tile double headed shower. 1 dog is allowed with a fee. A stacking washer and dryer are provided. There is propane Floor heat and a wood stove. Convenient, newly added Tesla charging station. Brand new, large screen T.V. The true natural habitat and wilderness of this home attracts many of Idaho's wonderful wildlife. *The road to the home can be rough and 4WD is required during the winter months. This property borders the National Park Forest, and Just a 1 mile hike you can see the whole Teton Mountain Range and Yellowstone area. Please note there is WIFI in the home. Cell phone reception can be sporadic in the area, so plan accordingly please. We are looking for a 12 month lease. $2400 per month and $2200 refundable deposit. $200 non refundable fee. $350 pet deposit. Tenant will pay all utilities and snowplowing come winter.
