Property Id: 2227961 This facility used to be an assisted living, but I have turned it into community housing. The building is very large and expansive. It has 2 separate floors, both with full accommodations. Both floors have their own shared large gourmet kitchen, large shared living space, dining room, laundry facilities and shared bathrooms. Each floor has 4 residents total. It is located in HUBBARD off 99 very close to I5. It is 3 miles to Woodburn, 8 miles to Canby, and 9 miles to Wilsonville and I5. Close enough to town , but far enough out to have a peaceful living environment. Each tenant has their own private and securely locked room. From there the common areas are SHARED with other community members of the estate. There is a gated courtyard with fountain for community members to enjoy. All rooms are SINGLE RESIDENT OCCUPANCY. ***ANIMALS UNDER 30 lbs FULLY GROWN **** with $25 pet fee/mo. Of note I only own this one property and it is shared housing with small animals in shared spaces. This is not subject to ESA rules. However I do not charge a pet deposit. First months rent and $800 security deposit on move in. 6 month lease. We are not looking for short term renters. The initial 6 months is just to make sure its a good fit for all. Application will include criminal background check.
