A sweet covered front porch opens into the living room and open eat-in kitchen, offering attractive cabinetry, granite countertops, and excellent storage including two pantries. Appliances include the refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, and microwave. The primary bedroom's en suite bathroom and the hall bathroom have nice vanities and fixtures, and each includes a bathtub/ shower. The laundry closet with washer and dryer hookups is off of the hall. Please note: the maximum occupancy for this home is 2 people, due to shared septic. Central air conditioning and heat (electric heat pump). Tenant responsible for all utilities, including electricity, garbage collection, and a water (well)/ sewer reimbursement of $50/month. Grass mowing included; tenant responsible for bed maintenance. One half of the shed (8’x8’) is available for tenant use. No cosigners. One small pet considered (1 cat or 1 small dog - 20lb or less, between 2 -10 yo, spayed/neutered, housebroken, indoor only) with a $350.00 non-refundable pet fee and $35/month additional pet rent. Absolutely no smoking.
