Both bedrooms are nicely sized with good closet space. The bathroom is fully renovated with a tub and shower surround, modern fixtures, and a wide vanity for storage. An enclosed entry or mudroom offers laundry hookups and extra storage. Large yard, off street parking, and a convenient location near local shops and services. Parking and access is in the back, garage included in the rent! Utilities are paid by the tenant and billed back through the tenant portal. Laundry hookups available, washer/dryer not provided. Rental applications are required for each resident 18 and older, application fee due upon submission. All applicants are required to fill out a PetScreening profile, regardless of whether you have a pet or service animal at this time or not.
