The large 16x16 bedroom has a closet but could certainly be the bonus room/rec room if not needed for a bedroom. Your kids will love the community pool and Maudlin schools! Non Smoking home, driveway parking, 2 car garage and will consider dogs. Renter responsible for all utilities and yard work. Owner provides quarterly pest control treatment and HOA fee. Lessee will need last month's rent in addition to first months and security deposit for a total of $6,825 to move in. Tenants just bought a house and we are looking for someone to move in until June 30th. Then annual lease.
