We conduct credit, criminal background, rental/eviction history, and reference checks. A credit score of 600+ is required. Applicants with credit scores below 650 may be subject to additional approval conditions. There is a $50 non-refundable application fee per adult applicant (including cosigners). All adult occupants and cosigners must apply separately so each individual can be screened. Gas and electric to be in tenant's name and paid directly by tenant. Water, sewage and trash will be added to the monthly rental statement. The fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave are included in the lease. Any other appliances or washer/dryer onsite are provided AS-IS and it is the responsibility of the tenant to repair or replace them if an issue arises.
