There is a bike trail connected to Gateway Trail which is just 2 blocks from house! Mahtomedi Streetcar walking trail is 1 block from house as well. LEASE TERMS: Seeking a 12-month lease term. Security Deposit is equal to one month of rent and due within 24 hours of getting approved. All utilities are the tenants' responsibility, including lawn and snow care.
