Impromptu pictures taken w tenants in place! This lovely old duplex in Old Town finally has an opening after many years! Front of mountain for easy access to downtown Chattanooga. Hardwood floors, and higher ceilings (helps keep cooler in summer), breakfast nook/eating area in kitchen which leads to a nice grassy backyard. Wide driveway for easy parking, as well as spots right in front on the street. Should be available as early as May 25th. One year lease No pets generally allowed but will consider w double deposit, and additional monthly pet rent and addendum. For an additional fee, there is extra storage available in walkable attic. For an additional fee, there is also a large garage available at back of property. (Additional $40 mo fee required for mowing/blowing) Refundable deposit is same as first months rent.
