I have lived in East 8 Lofts for the last year and I have loved it. The old fashioned building and the apartment with exposed brick, exposed pipes, and high ceilings were really my style. My apartment was very spacious and had a unique layout. Because it is an old building, we could hear the upstairs neighbor walking around and the downstairs neighbors when they were playing music or watching movies. The community washer/dryer in the basement made doing laundry more difficult however there almost always are machines available and its free! Having the gym across the street was also frustrating, especially when it is cold outside. The other amenities were great. I loved using the movie theatre room and playing pool/Ping-Pong in the basement. The leasing office members are incredibly nice and constantly trying to update and fix things. The new park is fantastic and the community here is great. We plan on staying with this company for our entire time in Cincinnati.

Scott here. I'm a new transplant from the West Coast. While visiting family I absolutely fell in love with The Business District and decided to transition. My only problem was deciding on a place to call home. There are so many options! One day while exploring the area I happened to stumble into a sales department in hopes of exploring their facility. The salesperson, Ciara, was intuitive enough to ask me if I would first be interested in exploring an offsite apartment across the street......East 8 Lofts. She believed it would be a perfect fit for my lifestyle. Wow.....thats all I can say about this place. The location is unbelievable. I do not have to drive anywhere! Grocery, restaurant's, clubs, etc are literally in my back yard. And the apartment is stunning. A brick wall with tons of character... Theatre, Gym, community, etc. I can't speak highly enough of this place that I will call home for many years to come. If you decide to stop by ask for Ciara, she is an excellent salesperson and can really facilitate what you are looking for. Oh, and check out The Catina across the street. Perfect date spot. You can thank me later.
