Tile flooring in the main living areas (kitchen, foyer, dining area, living room, utility room, bathrooms and hallway). Carpet in primary bedroom, guest bedroom and den. White kitchen appliances, Formica countertops, electric range/oven. Dual vanity, walk-in shower and large walk-in closet in primary bath. Vanity and bathtub in guest bath. Covered back patio with ribbon greenspace views. Fully fenced backyard. Minimum lease term required is 12 months. Tenants must be 55 years of age or older to lease this property. Smoking is not permitted in the interior or exterior of this home. Pets are not permitted at this property. The Owner pays the yearly HOA dues and the basic lawn maintenance (mowing, edging and blowing). Anything more than the basic lawn maintenance will be up to the Owner. Tenants are responsible for the watering of the landscaping per the City of Georgetown guidelines, rent, renters insurance, utilities and pest control at the property.
