Updates include new flooring, new kitchen, new furniture, new vanities and tile floors in bathrooms, new stainless-steel kitchen appliances and new lighting. There is a decoration wood burning fireplace in the living room. Home Features: - 3 Bedrooms (King, Queen, 2 Twins) - 2 Full Bathrooms - TVs with Roku Streaming (no cable) - Front & Back Decks - Living Room with Fireplace (decoration) - Laundry Area with Washer & Dryer - Newer Furniture & Kitchen Appliances Important Notes: - There is no access to the first floor of the home, it is locked off as storage. This home and its amenities are private to this listing only. Pool is private and NOT shared. - Pool will only be opened during the below date ranges, and will be closed during all other dates. May 18, 2025 through September 28, 2025 - We are pet friendly! Your pet is welcome as we consider them part of the family! Prior approval and pet fee is mandatory. Your pet is not permitted to be near the pool area or in the pool. - Linens, towels, toiletries and beach tags/ equipment is not provided. If desired there are several local companies that rent linens, towels and beach equipment such as @ShoreService or you can bring your own. Beach tags are NOT INCLUDED! - The coolest A/C setting is 70 degrees, and the warmest heat setting is 75 degrees. - Strict No Parties Rule: Avalon Borough has a strict noise code. In the event that our tenants violate that code, we could lose our Rental License for three consecutive years. If, as a result of your stay, our Rental License is revoked for any period due to a code violation, you and your guests WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR 3 YEARS OF RENTAL INCOME. Notice: Cameras monitor the outdoor spaces around our home for safety and security purposes. We require photo ID for any guest age 18+ prior to your stay.
