About the place: - 2 bedroom 2bath, you will get the non-master bedroom which still has its own bathroom(unattached) -It's on 30th and Iris, super close to the safeway. -The building has 2 laundry rooms with machines that are coin or app operated - 49inch 4k tv with a chromecast hooked up to it. -$800/mo (Includes all utilities); this amount will be pro-rated. -$800 deposit - 2nd floor(has an elevator) -has one carport offstreet, and plenty of unassigned offstreet parking - across the street from a bike path and newly built floodway(you’ve got a view of this nice manmade river with lots of trees and plants from the balcony) - quiet neighbors - 2min biking distance to safeway - 15-20 min biking distance to DT pearl street - woodburning fireplace - balcony with small table/chairs and grill. - dishwasher and garbage disposal - Your bedroom has a queen bed and desk(I mostly use this as a guest bedroom and office) - Your bathroom has a shower(no tub) - There are tennis and basketball courts as well as a clubhouse on the property with a piano, sauna, gym, and INDOOR pool. About you: Per the city of boulder, only up to 4 unrelated people can live in the unit Hopefully you have good credit. I will have to run a credit check which will cost $25 along with your application if you are interested in the place; alternatively, you can pay up front completely. No pets are allowed; I’m alergic to cats so I don’t want cat hair on my furniture. The HOA forbids dogs unless you have a special circumstance.
