This complex is in a prime location located just off of S. Coast Hwy and is minutes from the beach. Restaurants, shopping, coffee shops and fitness locations are also nearby. *Tenants are responsible for all utilities (gas, water, trash, electric). Water, trash and sewer will be charged through the tenant portal in the amount of $120 a month on top of rent.
