The home has been freshly inside and out, nice new flooring has just been installed too. There is a non refundable application fee of $50 per person age 18 and older to run a credit and background check for Florida residents, non Florida residents the fee is $75 per person. We require first month rent, last month rent (based on your credit we may allow you to make 6 payments towards last month rent) we also require security deposit equal to 1 month rent (could be higher based on your credit and background check) Non dangerous pets welcomed with a non refundable pet fee of $300 for 1 pet an additional $100 for a secondary smaller pet).
