It features a small private backyard, perfect for relaxing outdoors. Rent includes trash service, pest control, and front lawn care, so you can enjoy worry-free living. The unit is currently occupied, so out of respect for the tenant, showings will be scheduled only for prequalified applicants. To get prequalified, please: *Complete the application on Hemlane *You must make 3 times the rent ($3000 a month) to qualify. *Upload 2 recent pay stubs and your most recent bank statement (proof of income) *Add any/all co-applicants at this time 👉 No application fees are required for prequalification and viewing. If you decide to move forward after the showing, a full application with background screening will be processed at $40 per applicant (nonrefundable). A $1,000 deposit (Security Deposit) is required to secure the unit. (If your application (background check and Credit check) is not approved, the deposit will be refunded.)
