This charming 2-bedroom, 1-bath duplex is available now and offers a small private backyard, perfect for relaxing outdoors. Rent includes trash service, pest control, and front lawn care, making for easy living in a convenient area. The unit is vacant, and showings will be scheduled for prequalified applicants only. To get prequalified, complete the application on Hemlane, upload 2 recent pay stubs and your most recent bank statement, and add any co-applicants at that time. Gross monthly income must be at least $3,300, which is 3 times the monthly rent. There is no fee for prequalification or to schedule a showing. If you decide to move forward after viewing the property, a full application with background screening will be processed at $40 per applicant, nonrefundable. To secure the unit, a $1,100 security deposit is required. If the application is not approved, the deposit will be refunded. Total move-in: $2,200 $1,100 security deposit + $1,100 first month’s rent Once prequalified, we’ll contact you to schedule your showing and discuss next steps.
