Updated Lake Oswego Home near Westridge - This lovely home with recent updates backs to a natural area filled with wildlife. Located across the street from the highly desirable Westridge Elementary School in Lake Oswego, close to the two playgrounds, a covered play area and a large field. Entering in to the home, you are greeted by the beautifully refinished hardwood floors and into a vaulted entryway that leads directly into the living room with a wood burning fireplace. From there you go into the formal dining room that looks out to the back greenspace. Off of the formal dining room is the spacious updated kitchen with a breakfast nook and a small family room area, the kitchen features granite counters, a gas range, microwave, new stainless steel appliances and a desk. There is a glass door leading to a nice back deck overlooking a large natural area filled with deer and other wildlife. This level also features an office and a powder bath. Upstairs is the master suite, this is a larger room with a nicely sized walk in closet and a glass door to a back deck. The bathroom is basic but has double sinks and both a soaking bathtub and a shower. Downstairs is the entry to the large 3 car garage and the laundry room with a sink, cabinets and washer and dryer. There are also two additional bedrooms that share a hallway bathroom with two sinks and a shower. This is a wonderful spot near the Blue Heron and Westridge neighborhoods. The home is on a large lot, but most of it is covered in natural greenspace and is on a hill leading to a small stream in the back. There is very little yard care needed. No pets and no smoking please. Westridge Elementary, Lakeridge Jr. and Sr. High Schools.
