Located across the street from the highly desirable Westridge Elementary School in Lake Oswego, close to the two playgrounds, a covered play area and a large field. From there you go into the formal dining room that looks out to the back greenspace. There is a glass door leading to a nice back deck overlooking a large natural area filled with deer and other wildlife. This level also features an office and a powder bath. Upstairs is the master suite, this is a larger room with a nicely sized walk in closet and a glass door to a back deck. The bathroom is basic but has double sinks and both a soaking bathtub and a shower. Downstairs is the entry to the large 3 car garage and the laundry room with a sink, cabinets and washer and dryer. There are also two additional bedrooms that share a hallway bathroom with two sinks and a shower. This is a wonderful spot near the Blue Heron and Westridge neighborhoods. The home is on a large lot, but most of it is covered in natural greenspace and is on a hill leading to a small stream in the back. There is very little yard care needed. No pets and no smoking please. Westridge Elementary, Lakeridge Jr. and Sr. High Schools.
