This home has a large back area that can fit 4 cars with gated parking. The separate alley entrance in this home is perfect for people with a lot of toys to keep safe. Wood laminate floors throughout the home. The kitchen and bathrooms have all been remodeled in the last year. This home is pet friendly so dogs and cats are welcome. Requirements: Do we accept pets? Yes, no dangerous animals with a $350 pet deposit. Do we accept Section 8? Yes, but must still pass credit, income, and background checks. Are utilities included? No, the tenant is responsible for Gas and Electric, water, and $150 for the solar panels. The electric bill should be very low or nothing at all. Security Deposit at move-in? Usually the same amount as the rent. What credit score do I need? Typically a 700 or better score. Do we accept people with evictions? Absolutely no, no exceptions. Do we accept co-signers?
