The kitchen has an extended counter with lots of room. Appliances included, Pass-through window from the kitchen to the dining room. Dishwasher installed. Private off-street parking lot. Trash included. Residents cover electricity and water. Laundry room on site. Easy commute to Mountain Grove or Mansfield and just less than an hour to Springfield. Cats are accepted, no dogs. One-time $300 pet fee used for professional carpet cleaning and $25 pet rent added to monthly rent. Maximum of 2 pets allowed. No pet sitting of other animals allowed. No smoking inside. HUD certificate accepted. Whetstone Creek Apartments is a complex of 3 4-plexes located near the center of town, just a few blocks from the city hall, police station and 2 city parks.
