This is a very cute 3 bedroom 2 bath home that has been recently painted and remodeled. This one level home is in a very nice neighborhood in Mountain Grove and also has a 2 car garage. It is on 1/3 acre and the backyard is fully fenced in. The home has forced air heating and central air. Absolutely no smoking or vaping or marijuana use. Any pets would have to be negotiated and would increase the rent by $50 per month per pet. You would be responsible for paying all the utilities and we would require a one year lease.
