Upstairs has all bedrooms and a full bathroom with a linen closet for storage. The master suite has 2 large closets! In the mostly finished basement there are washer/dryer hookups and ample storage space. Renters insurance required. Tenant is responsible for gas and electric. Water/sewer, trash, and lawn/snow care included. Pets negotiable, fees apply. Application Fee: $50 (non-refundable after processing) Security Deposit: Equal to 1-1.5x the monthly rent and determined based on application strength.
