Three Split-system air conditioners for your comfort located in each bedroom and the living room along with lighted ceiling fans, security screen door on the front door, and window coverings on all windows. This complex has a resident and guest only pool, hot tub, BBQ area with ample seating/tables & pool side cabanas. Car wash area located on the property.
