New tile for entire main floor (not pictured) and new dining room kitchen table, chairs and chandelier. Amazing views of the ocean including the island of Molokini. Relaxing and quiet lanai with fenced grass backyard. Double car garage, central air conditioning, and the most amazing infinity pool with sweeping views of the ocean and sunsets every night. Located right on the golf course, in a very quiet spot of our community. Six month rental starting April 30, 2023. This single monthly amount includes cable, internet, most utilities (water, garbage, recycling). Electric is $300. Our monthly house cleaner is required. The home is fully furnished and includes an office desk & chair and lots of storage in garage as well. Others in our gated community are renting for much more. Rent the owner's vehicle during this time. Ps. You'll fall in love with this place. Truly. Maui Paradise We had repeat summer renters for years.
