- Four bedroom, two and a half bathroom home in north Springfield. Home has full basement, central air, and back deck. Stove, refrigerator, dishwasher stay with the property. Tenant pays gas, electric, trash and water. Tenant also responsible for lawn care. Dogs are okay with non-refundable pet deposit and monthly fee (amounts are determined by weight of pet). NO CATS ALLOWED. Potential tenants must have a monthly income three times larger than the rent amount, be eviction free, and pass our background check. Applicants must provide a completed application, a non-refundable application fee ($40 in office/$45 online), and proof of income for the previous three months.
