Featuring all of the living space on one level and a large kitchen/dining/living room area there is plenty of space in this house. The bathroom features premium tile flooring and updated fixtures. House features a large interior front porch which provides privacy off of the street. Resident is responsible for all utilities, lawn care, and snow removal. Pets accepted upon review with $25/month charge (per pet) and refundable $250 pet deposit.
