This house is available now with a lease through May (negotiable), then month to month renewals. It is furnished but could be emptied out if preferred and upon discussion. Beautiful and delightful accommodations in a wonderfully quiet central and quaint Missoula neighborhood. Located near the UM, downtown, and a nice walkable neighborhood. The house is completely updated and includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an office, a living room and family room and dining area. There is one bedroom on the main level, a primary suite in the lower level, and a bedroom upstairs with a queen bed and two built in twin beds. The office room, with daybed and built in desk, is upstairs. The private backyard is fenced and includes a bbq. The garage use can be discussed. Tenant is responsible for water (flat fee $35) and gas/electricity with NWE. The heat is in-floor radiant hot water heat (on-demand combi boiler) and there is a gas fireplace in the living room. Sewer and garbage is paid for by the owner. An application process is required with references, credit and background check, income verification. Pets are not allowed at this property, a small dog may be considered. One month's rent amount required for security deposit. Showings can be arranged for pre-screened applicants.
