Each bedroom is largely sized, offering the ability to make the space your own. Kitchen is spacious enough for a possibility of a dinning room table and or a kitchenette trolley for extra storage. Off street parking and washer and dryer hookups are available. All utilities are the tenants responsibility. Pets may be considered for an additional $50 a month and pet deposit. Size, breed, and quantity restrictions apply. To schedule a showing or for more information, please call 715-514-5440 for a pre-screening. All adults are required to provide full name and DOB. All applications will not be reviewed until you have attended an in person showing. We highly encourage prospective tenants to apply only after the showing has been completed. **Application fees are non-refundable.
