This unique offering in the heart of Charleston’s historic Ansonborough neighborhood is like having your own charming, private 19th-century pied-à-terre with none of the hassles and expenses of owning a property. Adjacent to the Zero George Hotel, The Residences reflect the same refined contemporary-meets-historic aesthetic that repeatedly lands the hotel on top of global “Best of…” lists. These one bedroom units feature a King bedroom with Frette linens, an en suite bathroom with designer finishes, a spacious sitting area, and a kitchenette with Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer. With all the conveniences that come with feeling at home, you’ll find a washer/dryer, as well as housekeeping and concierge services provided. Additionally, you’ll have access to dedicated parking and an exclusive, shared exercise room featuring state of the art equipment including Peloton Bikes and The MIRROR Home Gym. The Laurens and Legare floor plan are both located on the first floor and are ADA accessible. The Church and Tradd floor plan are located on the second floor.
