Parking: Free The downstairs: Three large bedrooms and one bathroom Kitchen Breakfast/dinner room overlooking the expansive backyard Hardwood floors Large bedrooms Large covered porch on the entire front of the house. Central heat and air. Dishwasher. Ceiling fans. Mini blinds. Very large yard, but no pets please. The upstairs: Two large bedrooms and one bathroom Bonus/extra room: Study/office, storage, or exercise room Kitchen Hardwood floors Washer and dryer Central heat and air Ceiling fans Mini blinds Large closets Rent for the entire building starting with the 2027-2028 academic year $ 5,250 per month. (Shared, of course, among the 5 students.) Rent is excluding all utilities. Yard maintenance is included. Parking: Free. Deposit: one month's rent due upon signing of the lease. Last month's rent is due upon signing of the lease. Lease: August 1, 2027. Lease through July 20, 2028. No pets (not negotiable.) For students, parents must guarantee the lease.
