Down the hall is a laundry room complete with a washer and dryer. Relax in the downstairs living room located adjacent to the kitchen, which has abundant cabinet and counter space for your amenities. The kitchen island can be used for food preparation as well as stools to sit for a quick bite if preferred over sitting in the dining room. The enclosed backyard provides privacy for lounging. This room is rented with a 6month minimum stay but can be extended when applicable. Additional occupants will be a $100 up charge in security deposit and monthly Rent.
