This well maintained 2 bedroom condo has so much to offer. Located in the Echo Hill Condo's with easy access to bus routes and area amenities. While maintaining a feel of nature and serenity with green space and foliage. The large open dining area and living room have access to the raised patio for a private outdoor space. A functional kitchen with dishwasher, stove and refrigerator and a good amount of counter space. Two good sized bedrooms on the second floor both with large windows allowing for a bright feel. The larger of the two bedrooms has a double closest. A full bathroom with tub is also on the second floor. A one car garage keeps you dry in the wet and cold months. The basement has plenty of storage as well as laundry. Tenant pays for Electricity (heat is electric) and Gas (only water heater).
