Wonderful Pualei Circle! People wait for units to come available. Here it is, a lightly furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit with 1 open parking stall. It has oodles of storage space. Interior space is apprx. 751 sq. ft. The court yard is 600 sq. ft. & comes with a retractable awning as well as outdoor furnishings. It feels more like a cottage than a condo. There are ceiling fans throughout, plus a window A/C in the bedroom & a portable window A/C in the Kitchen. The kitchen has a glass top Stove/oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Fridge, Disposal, Water Filtration System. There is a community laundry room just out the back door of the unit. Tenants may have a dog but it has to be approved by the Board before before the tenants can move in. It can only measure 20 inches high at the shoulder. It's best to bring a photo & description of your dog with you to the showing. There will be a Pet Deposit equal to 25% of 1 month's rent in addition to the Security Deposit. Tenants with a dog will need to register dog with Petscreening. com (see more information on our website) at a cost of $20. Included with the rent is water & sewer. Tenants pay electricity, internet, cable, phone. You will have access to two pools, & two other laundry rooms as well as bar-b-que areas since Diamond Head Manor is part of a three building community. This is a non-smoking property.
