The building complex is a sprawling set of modern cubical spaces that make use of extensions and recesses to provide light and views along with shade and privacy. The community is a friendly place to live. The tenants in the condominium tend to know one another and are very cordial. The Prospect street area is a well established neighborhood that is attracting professionals working in the downtown area because it has residential comforts and is a minute drive to downtown Honolulu.
