Super cute 2 bedroom Duplex close to downtown and a garage! The kitchen has plenty of cupboard space and a nice sized pantry for additional storage. The deck has a sliding glass door off the dining area which leads into the kitchen or the living room. There is a laundry closet in the hallway ready to fit a full sized washer and dryer (not included). The entry to the 1 car garage is off the hallway which will be nice in foul weather. The living room has 2 large windows to let in plenty of light but unfortunately the fireplace doesn't work. Applicants gross monthly income must be at least $4983.00 . 9 month lease. Tenant is responsible for all utilities and lawn/flowerbed upkeep. (An additional utility deposit and carpet cleaning fee is required) SORRY NO PETS!
