The backyard has a patio and yard space. Pets: Small pets are welcome with approval. Pets must be over 3 years of age and under 40 pounds. An additional pet rent of $50 per month applies. This home can be shown at the following times (please go to our webstite to secure a /sign up for a showing - www charterhillrentals com -- if you do not sign up for a showing, you risk the showing being cancelled): 1) Thursday Oct 1 from 5:30pm to 6:15pm (ending sharply at 6:15) - this one will be held regardless of signups. 2) Tuesday Oct 6 from 05:30 PM to 06:15 PM -subject to cancellation if no one signs up. 3) Wednesday Oct 7 from 11:30am to 12:30pm - subject to cancellation if no one signs up.
