The Casa del Sol community is located close to many local shops and restaurants, as well as the nearby Countryside Mall. This is a third floor condominium comes with a screened porch and enclosed laundry closet. This unit includes high-end wood flooring in the living and dining areas, and carpeting in both bedrooms. Full kitchen including dishwasher and an extra pantry area. Central air and heat, plus ceiling fans. Water, Sewer, Trash and Basic Cable are included in the rent, as is use of the community amenities. Community amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, and a tennis court. $1650 1st month rent and $1650 Security deposit are due in full to sign the lease. We reserve the right to additionally require a last month rent. Our application fee is $75 per person, and exceptional rental references are expected of all applicants. Once approved by us, you must also apply with, and be approved by, the Casa del Sol Condo Association. One small pet under 20 lbs will be considered with fee, but no aggressive breeds.
