This unit also comes with a screened porch and utility room, with washer & dryer connections. Central air and heat, plus ceiling fans. Water, Sewer, Trash and Basic Cable are included in the rent, as is use of the community amenities, which include a swimming pool, clubhouse, and tennis court. $1550 1st month rent and $1550 Security deposit are due in full to sign the lease. We reserve the right to additionally require a last month rent. Our application fee is $75 per person, and exceptional rental references are expected of all applicants. Once approved by us, you must also apply with, and be approved by, the Casa del Sol Condo Association. One small pet under 20 lbs will be considered with fee, but no aggressive breeds.
