Kitchen and bathroom layouts in each apartment vary slightly, but all feature hardwood floors, white cabinets, white appliances, and are approximately the same dimensions. Electricity, water/sewer, and lawn maintenance included in rent; tenants pay for gas. There are neither laundry facilities nor w/d hook ups at this location. It is a prime location so parking is also limited to on-street parking (you can apply for a residential parking permit through the town). Walking distance to UNC campus and downtown Chapel Hill.
