30's era El Cid home, renovated and updated. 2 miles from downtown West Palm Beach. 3 miles to the beach at Palm Beach. 2 blocks to the Flagler lake walk. Perfect for running, biking, pets. Cast stone fireplace, Dade County Pine wood floors, original Mediterranean revival Mizner-style architectural features like arches and interior plaster walls. Updated kitchen and bathrooms. Jetted tub in second bath. Huge mango tree. Easy to get along with landlord. My previous tenants were sad to leave. They said "going to miss the Mediterranean revival architecture, the convenient location to lots of great restaurants, and the great walks and runs along Flagler Dr." All air conditioners are window units- not central. Sorry if that's a problem, but there's no attic space for ductwork. The house has a separate apartment in the back that is separately rented out via VRBO. There is shared access to the rear cottage via the common driveway Move in late December 2025 - early January 2026
