This is a great house in a great neighborhood in the Edgewood school district, one of the best areas in town. The house has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The living room has a fireplace and a Dining Room. The Kitchen was furnished with new appliances only 4 years ago with a Breakfast nook. The house has a full basement with a storm shelter. The house has a two-car carport. This home is very well maintained, with a new roof and a new full-house natural gas backup generator. The home is within a 15-minute commute to Birmingham downtown, UAB, Birmingham Airport, several shopping malls, and most other suburbs. Cooling: Central- Heating: forced air. We are looking for renters with an excellent rental and credit history and a stable source of income. Please apply directly through the website. The application fee is non-refundable.
