Washita Club is proud to offer three separate floor plans with the desire to accommodate all of our prospective tenants. The Economic one bedroom apartment is 650 sq. ft. and rents for $500 per month. The Traditional one bedroom apartment is 750 sq. ft. and rents for $575 per month. The two bedroom apartment is 850 sq. ft. and rents for $650 per month. All of our apartments are equipped with General Electric appliances in our very spacious kitchens. We are the FIRST apartment complex in KC area to have contracted with the utility company and installed the NEW ENERGY EFFICIENT thermostats, providing you lower utility bills. Each apartment building provides locked entry doors with an intercom system for added personal security. Also, as an added tenant convenience, each apartment building provides two on-site laundry facilities. As a prospective tenant of Washita Club Apartments we conveniently provide the expense for tenant water and trash service and you need only be responsible for your electric service. It is the goal of Washita Club to provide you with the best rental experience and we strive to be accessible at your convenience. This apartment complex has new management! Tonjanika is very friendly and competent. She is so good at what she does. The previous managers were not good at all. I'm so thankful to live here again. If you're looking for a place to live, give Puckett pointe a try.

Awesome place to live and the property manager is the absolute best, she make sure my maintenance request and needs get taken care of in a timely manner. She is truly amazing at what she does and genuinely cares about he residents.
