Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo. 2 car garage + 1 designated parking space Air Conditioning Washer and dryer less than a year old Flooring: Laminate wood and carpet Master bedroom has a walk-in closet. Master bath has a large shower Second bath is a bath/shower unit. HOA mows and handles snow removal and trash Tenant is responsible for electricity New paint No large dogs allowed, but medium dogs with pet deposit and rent are okay All of our tenants need to have $100,000 of renters insurance. Tenants will need to pay $9.50 per month for renters insurance if they do not provide proof of their own insurance. Stone Mountain Properties runs a credit and criminal background check on all applicants over the age of 18. Additionally, we look into rental history and call current/previous landlords. If you do not have credit or low credit, Stone Mountain Properties will ask for a co-signer. Also, if you do not have rental history, you will need a co-signer.
