With amenities such as coin-operated laundry on-site and off-street parking, you'll have everything you need right at your fingertips. Plus, being close to the MSU campus means you'll never have to worry about a long commute. Do not miss out on the opportunity to call Oakwood Apartments your new home! Owner pays water, sewer, garbage, and gas (heat). Tenant pays electric. Coin-Op laundry on site. No smoking/vaping of any kind, no pet(s). One (1) year lease required then month to month thereafter. Will extend renewal offer after initial lease term based off of positive tenancy. All of our tenants need to have $100,000 of renters insurance. Tenants will need to pay $11.00 per month for renters insurance if they do not provide proof of their own insurance at the time of lease signing. Vigilante Management LLC. runs a credit and criminal background check on all applicants over the age of 18. In addition we look into rental history and call current/previous landlords. If you do not have credit or low credit, Vigilante can ask for a co-signer. Also if you do not have rental history, you will need a co-signer.
