Instead of receiving a large upfront discount, a portion of the special is applied to reduce the monthly rent. So the lease if for 15 months. You're move-in month is a partial month payment that is prorated, so if you move in on the 15th, you would pay about $800. And then about the same partial month on your move-out month , so also about $800 on your last month.
