Heated and cooled with an efficient heat pump, and there's a propane fireplace in the living room. Outside is a North facing deck off of the kitchen. The yard is over 2 acres and mostly fenced. Water, sewer, and yard care are included in the rent. Tenants pay for electricity, garbage, propane, internet/tv (if desired), and are required to purchase and fill the salt for the water softener system. Up to 2 pets possible on a case-by-case basis with $50 additional monthly rent and $500 additional refundable security deposit, per pet. First and last month's rent, $2,400 refundable security deposit and $400 non-refundable carpet cleaning fee are required. We are looking for non-smoking/vaping, long-term, responsible tenants with excellent rental references or mortgage payment history and verified monthly income of at least three times the rent per month.
