The spacious carpeted sunroom, located off of the dining room, has a door to access stairs to the lower level parking area. Upstairs are both bedrooms and the updated bathroom with a bathtub/shower. The basement includes the one-car garage and laundry area. The washer and dryer will remain for tenant use but will not be repaired or replaced by the homeowner. Central heat (gas furnace) and central air conditioning (electric). Tenants responsible for all utilities. Lawn care included. Available with a one-year renewable lease. Up to two Indoor Cats allowed with $300 pet fee per Cat. No Dogs. No smoking. No cosigners.
