Property Id: 2282681 Our single occupancy, cozy guest room is in a 3 bedroom condominium that is occupied by the owner and an adult family member. We are opening it up to a preferably male lodger on a month-to-month basis. Ladera Ranch is known for its beautiful tree-lined streets, family friendly atmosphere and rolling hills with multiple hiking and biking trails, some with a coastal view. Our home is approximately 5 mins west of the 5 freeway, 10 mins from Saddleback Community College, 20 mins from Soka University and Irvine Valley College. We are just up the street from Providence Mission Hospital and the The Shops at Mission Viejo. The room is fully furnished with quality bedding, and towels. It's equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, dining ware, keyed lock and smart TV. Light use of the kitchen is ok on request. We've done our best to ensure the room has everything needed for comfort and function. There is an adjacent private bathroom and shared laundry room with newly updated washer and dryer. All utilities and internet as well as cleaning services are included. There are security cameras at exterior entries and indoor staircase that leads to upstairs bedrooms for additional safety. Lodgers will need to have a min credit score of 690, a solid rent-to-income ratio, and a clear background check. Lodger guests are not allowed as this is a shared residence. We reserve the right to select a lodger based on compatibility with the Owner and family. This is a non-smoking, no drug use residence. All applicants must be ok with having a med-sized dog on premises on occasion. This is a perfect space for a serious student, a traveling professional, or a family member in need of temporary housing.
