My name is Reeva. I am moving to Providence this summer to start residency. I am looking for a roommate to share a 2 BR/1 bath in the Grant Mill apartment building, which is located in the Federal Hill area. The rooms are big, with high ceilings and lots of closet space. There are huge windows to let in light. The apartment has hardwood floors, exposed brick in the living room, new appliances and washer/dryer in the unit. It is conveniently located near lots of bars and restaurants, a short walk from the downtown area and has easy access to public transportation. The building is also pet friendly, has a gym and theater room inside and extra storage space available. The rent will be approximately ~$660/month not including utilities.
