Located less than 10 minutes from downtown Priest River, 30 minutes to Sandpoint or Priest Lake, and about 45 minutes to Silverwood, the home offers both privacy and convenience. The main level includes a living room, kitchen, dining area, bathroom with shower, and pantry/utility space. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with queen beds and walk-in closets, with a claw-foot tub bathroom attached to one of the rooms. Heating is provided by a pellet stove, with electric heat available for supplemental use. High-speed Starlink internet is included for $120 per month. The property offers plenty of outdoor space, including room for Rv or camper parking with access to electrical and septic hookups, though the attached shop, garage, and wood shed are not included in the rental. Woods Road leading to the property is steep with a grade up to 10%, and a 4x4 vehicle is required for winter access.
