We may consider providing more appliances to suit your cooking needs. Room is shown as unfurnished but some furnishing is available at no additional cost. A beautiful 20'x60' pool is available for your enjoyment when the pool temperature is right for you. Rent for a single employed, or full-time student, non-smoking individual only is $1350 per month, includes all utilities and use of washer/dryer. Also available at your expense are DirecTV and Comcast TV and internet hookups. We will require references, credit check, and a security/cleaning deposit of $2000. Our preferred lease term is for 12 months. Pets are allowed, but no dogs please, as we have our own cat and an older dog on the property.

An efficiency kitchenette can be set up in your room with a compact refrigerator/ freezer, microwave, toaster oven and a counter-top burner. A beautiful 20'x60' pool is available for your enjoyment when the pool temperature is right for you. Rent for a single (ONLY) employed individual, or a full-time student, is $1150 per month, furnished or unfurnished, includes all utilities, COMCAST high-speed internet cable and DIRECTV. Onsite laundry is available at no charge. We will require references, credit check, and a security deposit of $1700. The preferred lease term is for twelve months, however, shorter lease can be negotiated.
