2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome with back deck - This large 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome with 1,314 Sq Ft. The homes has ample storage space, a 2-car parking pad, large eat-in living room, back deck with fenced in yard, an excess of storage space both inside and under the home, and washer/dryer hookups (or washer/dryers for rent for an extra $40/month) upstairs in between the bedrooms. Trash and landscaping are included in the rent. Tenant is responsible for all utilities and pest control. This home is located at the corner of Walton Way and Bransford Road on Norgate Drive. You will find the ability to quickly access I-20, I-520 (Bobby Jones), the medical district, and more. Pets are accepted on a case by case basis. Section 8 Rent is only $1,250.00 Security Deposit is $1,250.00 IF application(s) is/are accepted with a credit score(s) of 650 or higher. IF the application(s) is/are with credit score below 650, a double deposit will be required ($2,500.00). Acceptance is based on a combination of credit score and rental history. If application(s) is/are accepted, the home can be held up to 2 weeks IF security deposit is paid and lease is signed. The application fee is $85 per person 18 and older. Every one 18 and older is required to fill out a separate application. The application fee is non-refundable. The only other fee we have associated with move-in is a one-time non-refundable $75 (total, not per person) admin fee.
